Claudia Perez-Cox

Claudia Perez-Cox received her bachelor's degree and teaching credential from San Diego State University. She was a teacher in the Chula Vista Elementary School District for seven years. Claudia loves working with children and is very excited to be a part of the vision therapy team. She lives in East Chula Vista with her husband and two children.

Donna Forte, ABO

Donna has close to 20 years of optical experience in optometry and ophthalmology and is the office manager of our special practice. She is a board certified optician and continually strives to keep her skills up to date.

Donna is bilingual (Spanish-English), having grown up and attended school in Spain. She enjoys keeping current with the latest fashions and lens designs and would love to welcome you to our practice.

Frank Godinez, ABO

Frank has been in the optical field for over 20 years. He is a board certified optician and continually strives to keep his skills up to date. His eye for fashion, expertise in optical materials, and personable character will assure that your visit to our office is a memorable one.

Frank is fluent in Spanish and enjoys building a special rapport with all of his patients.

Norma Aguinaga

Norma has been in the optical field for over 40 years. An expert in eyewear and fashion, Norma provides her patients with personalized care and attention.

She is fluent in Spanish and is waiting to help you look and feel your best.

Marco Reyes, ABO

Marco joins our staff with over 15 years of experience in the optical industry. He is an ABO certified optician. He brings with him years of customer service experience and is ready to meet all your needs. Marco has an extensive knowledge of spectacle lenses and frames and will do his best to educate you regarding your vision needs.

He is fluent in Spanish and is waiting to help you look and feel your best.

Michelle Deseo

Michelle is a proud member of our optical team. As an optometric assistant, Michelle will perform many of the computerized tests necessary for a complete eye health evaluation. Michelle is always available to help you with any contact lens questions you may have. She will use her expertise and fashion sense to assist you in the process of selecting your eyewear and will assure that you receive the most appropriate lenses for all your visual needs.

Monique Arechiga

Monique is one of our optometric assistants. She will perform many of the computerized tests which provide our doctors with valuable information about your eyes. Monique has extensive knowledge of the various contact lenses on today's market and can help you to learn the basics when it comes to contact lens application and removal.

Jim Smith, ABO

Jim is an ABO certified optician and joins our staff with over 20 years of experience in the optical industry. He is the Inventory Specialist at our Terra Nova office. His fashion savvy and knowledge of innovative technology will ensure your glasses are a custom fit - designed specifically for you! Jim is here to help you with your vision needs and his friendly, personable manner is sure to win you over.

Anna Valadez

 Anna is the Patient Facilitator and Receptionist at our Terra Nova office. She coordinates scheduling, appointments and insurance authorizations. You will hear her friendly voice when you call to make an appointment or when you walk through the office door. Her pleasant manner and attention to detail will ensure that your visit to our office will be a great experience.

Anna strives to make each patient's visit special. She is fluent in Spanish and looks forward to helping you.

                                           Danise Hoyos

Danise Hoyos is one of the Patient Facilitators and Receptionist at our Eastlake office. She is fluent in Spanish and is eager to welcome you to our practice. Danise will schedule your appointment, arrange for insurance authorizations, and give you a friendly reminder call before your visit.
