Beverly Bianes, OD

Dr. Beverly Bianes completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California San Diego and received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in 1987 and Doctor of Optometry Degree in 1991 from the Southern California College of Optometry. While attending the Southern California College of Optometry she served as both Vice president and President of her Optometric Class. She also received the Bernell Clinical Optometric Award for Clinical excellence. After graduation and prior to returning back to San Diego, she served as a clinical instructor for the college. Dr Bianes eventually returned back to her hometown where she was the first Filipina Optometrist to practice in San Diego.

She is therapeutically board certified in treatment of eye disease and has extensive experience in the areas of contact lenses and in refractive eye surgery co-management. Dr.Bianes has been an active member of the American Optometric Association, California Optometric association and the San Diego County Optometric Society where she held the position of Director of Professional Affairs for 5 years.

Dr Bianes is committed to serving the community in which she practices. She donates her time providing free eye exams to children with cancer through the Emilio Nares Foundation and free vision screenings in the community. Her most rewarding experience was her Lion’s Club participation in a medical mission to the Philippines, where she was able to provide eye care to thousands of individuals

John C. Pack, OD

 
John Carlos Pack received his Bachelor's of Science degree from the University of California, Irvine, in 1987 and his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry in 1991. He served as a clinical instructor for the college prior to relocating to San Diego where he began private practice in 1992.
 

Dr. Pack is therapeutically board certified in the treatment of eye disease and has extensive experience in the areas of contact lenses and in refractive eye surgery co-management. Dr. Pack is a member of the American Optometric Association and the California Optometric Association. He is a past president of the San Diego County Optometric Society and in 1999 was honored with the "Young Optometrist of the Year" award.

Judi-Anne Perez, OD

Judi-Anne Perez received her Bachelor's of Science degree from the University of California, San Diego, in 1998 and her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2002. She then completed a residency in Vision Therapy at the Optometric Vision Development Center in La Jolla.
  

Dr. Perez has exensive knowledge in vision therapy and in examining the pediatric population. She recommends that all patients have their first eye exam at 2 months of age. Dr. Perez is therapeuticallly board certified in the treatment of eye disease.
