Pack & Bianes Vision Care
Pack & Bianes Vision Care has been my optometrist since they moved to EastLake. It has a surprising "spa" ambiance for an optometrist office - they'll offer you heated neck wraps while you wait. The optometrists are very friendly and personable. The other staff is almost as friendly. There is a nice selection of glasses, especially compared to the terrible selection that I used to have to choose from in West Chula Vista. They are very detail-oriented - your receipt and eye information come in a very nice folder, and your glasses come in a quite little bag with a mint and a pen. This is definitely a "boutique" type place, and I like it.

always has a smile and is willing to make accommodations regarding your
patient's needs. You have a wonderful knowledgeable staff and I

I would like to commend Norma Aguinaga for excellent patient service.
She has been very helpful and patient with me and the problems I've
had with my glasses. She is definitely a positive reflection of
your business. She took extra step to ensure that my request for a
special lens shape can be provided as promised. She's very friendly,
cordial and always willing to give suggestions.
In the same light, I would like to mention that your front desk was very
good with your clients too. I notice that they were is always friendly,
smiling and exude a warm welcome to patients when we come in or call
for an appointment or questions.
I've also had a few interactions with Frank, Marco and Danise.
They're all very helpful and accommodating to patients.

Hello Dr. Pack and Bianes,
I was wondering if either of you know of any quality Optometrists in Orange County, I have recently moved close to Laguna Niguel. I am asking you guys for advice because out of all the years I have been wearing eyeglasses and contact lens' Dr. Pack was the only one to give me the best quality of service. It was not only with the quality of the office visit, but actually getting my prescription correct.
I still end up going back to wearing the pair of eyeglasses I received from you guys, I believe in 2003. They are clearer than any eyeglasses I have received before or after you guys. And, the crizal anti scratch and glare coating is fantastic. The anti-glare pretty much still operates perfectly. And the anti-scratch coating has not begun to fade.
If you can recommend anyone up here I would greatly appreciate it. I just want a Dr who does it right the first time like yourself.
